Dedication to the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, customers, and the public, as well as protecting the environment, are core values of TARSCO.  We believe every accident is preventable, and our goal is to eliminate all incidents.

TARSCO promotes a culture in which every employee takes an active role and is accountable for protecting the health and safety of those involved with our operations as well as the environment.  The culture is reinforced by our actions which include starting meetings with a safety moment, tracking of all incidents and sharing lessons learned, performing hazard analysis prior to performing tasks, using behavior-based safety observations, and empowering all employees with “Stop-Work Authority.”

As stewards of the environment, TARSCO’s approach to sustainability emphasizes engineering and procurement of materials to minimize waste thereby protecting our natural resources to the maximum extent possible.  All unused steel and alloy materials are 100% recycled thus sustaining resources for future generations.
